How is earnings per mile calculated?

Your trip earnings divided by the miles you drove. $2.00+ is GREAT, $1.00–$1.99 is OKAY, and $0.99 or below is LOW.

How is cost per mile calculated?

Fuel is gas price per gallon divided by your MPG. With gas at $4.19 and 25 MPG that is $0.168 a mile. Oil, maintenance and other vehicle costs are optional and start at zero, so nothing is added unless you enter it.

How are expenses and profit estimated?

Expenses are your miles multiplied by your cost per mile, and profit is earnings minus those expenses.

Can I export my trips?

Yes. Export as CSV for all trips, this week, this month, or any custom start and end date you pick.

Is my data private?

Yes. Every trip, expense and setting belongs to your account only. No other customer can see it.

Do I pay monthly?

No. Delivery Profit Tracker is a single $7.99 payment for permanent access.

How do I install it on my phone?

On iPhone open Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android open Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.

How do I get updates?

Automatically. It is a web app, so the newest version loads every time you open it — nothing to reinstall.
